Terms and Conditions:

Subscription fee of $512 is charged monthly and must be paid in advance via our website.
The four sessions must be scheduled and utilized within 1 year from purchase date.
Cancellation/rescheduling of a session requires at least 24 hours' notice. Unused sessions do not roll over to the next month.
Subscription can be cancelled at any time; however, the current month’s fee is non-refundable.
This subscription is non-transferable and sessions are for the subscribing client only.
All sessions are confidential as per our standard privacy policy.

Terms and Conditions

Eligibility: This package is exclusively available for new clients who have not previously received services from Robert Aguilar, LMFT.
Payment Terms: The full amount must be paid in advance using the payment system on our website.
Scheduling: The initial assessment session must be scheduled within 60 days of purchasing the package. The two follow-up sessions should be scheduled within 60 days of the initial assessment.
Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Missed sessions without proper notice may not be rescheduled and are not refundable.
Refunds: This package is non-refundable once the initial assessment session has been conducted.
Non-Transferable: The sessions in this package are non-transferable and cannot be shared or used by anyone other than the purchasing client.
Confidentiality: All sessions are confidential as per our standard privacy policy.
Limitation of Offer: This package is a limited-time offer and may be discontinued at any time at the discretion of Robert Aguilar, LMFT.
Amendments: Robert Aguilar, LMFT reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.
